A Strong, Engaged Community Can Create Change

To the residents of Rockingham, Westminster, and Brookline, I am truly honored and blessed by all the people that came out and voted for me. Everyone’s support along the way was inspiring and motivating to know you believed in me. Despite falling short by just a couple hundred votes it was an amazing experience. It reaffirmed my belief that we live in a community with hard working, caring people, who support one another.

Even though we didn’t prevail, please know your voices have been heard. The Representatives that won have now been elected to represent you. It is very important and urgent to continue to use your voice to convey your concerns to them so they understand your struggles and where you stand on important issues. A strong, engaged community can work to overcome these challenges together.

I need to thank my family and friends for their unwavering support. Jesi my de facto campaign manager, my sounding board and miracle worker. My Uncle Chris, for his time and efforts to stand in for me at the polls in Westminster. My brother Sean, for helping by standing in for me in Brookline. My sister Kelley, for her guidance from her experience as a Representative and standing in for me as well. My parents, who continue to believe in me regardless of any outcomes.

My wife Jaimi, for standing by me even though she would sacrifice the most with my time away as a Representative. Knowing they all had my back, allowed me to pursue change for Vermonters.

Thank you for the amazing opportunity and reaffirming my love for our great community.

Concerned About What is Good & Fair

“I’ve had many thought-provoking conversations with Casey over the years. One thing that has always struck me is, in addition to being a highly successful businessperson, he is always thinking about what is good and fair for his employees. He is also concerned about what is good and fair for Vermonters.” – Richard Doyle, Bellows Falls VT

I appreciate my good friend Dick Doyle sharing his support for my campaign. Holly & Dick have been family friends as long as I can remember. They are also kind & caring Bellows Falls community members who are always giving back to the town they love. I want Vermont to be affordable for them in their retirement and for their hard working children and grandchildren. Family is important and I’m happy to have Holly & Dick as a part of mine.

Thank you!

I appreciate everyone who came out to support me the other day. Looking forward to visiting more of you in the community and you can always email me with your thoughts and questions. You should have received your ballot in the mail by now. I look forward to seeing you at the polls. Plenty of time still to make sure your family and friends are registered. We’ll need to work as a team to make Vermont affordable for Vermonters to stay, live, and thrive here! Lawn signs are also still available – give me a call if you’d like one. Thank you!

Rugged Individualism – Vermonters

A lot of Vermonters especially working Vermonters haven’t had a voice for a long time. I’m running for the people of the community not for a party. I want to answer to the people that elected me in so that they have a voice. My responsibility is to them and nobody else. Legislators used to listen years ago, used to work across party  lines. Even though we may have disagreements on different issues we need to figure out how to compromise with a solution that works for all Vermonters.

“”I’m an eighth-generation Vermonter,” he said. “I feel Vermonters haven’t had a voice in a long time. Vermont has become unaffordable,” he said, which is also a mantra of Gov. Phil Scott. “The working Vermonters have been forgotten.””
